Smoky Mountain National Park

A few images from the fall trip to the Smokys

Sunset in the Smoky Mountains

Grist Mill

Canon 7D, 16 mm, Exposure Triad:  ISO 100, F14HDR Bracketed at 1/4, .8 and 2.5 seconds

This is a spot in the Smoky Mountain National Park that I wish I had brought along waders to go into the stream for a better viewpoint.  This is a three exposure HDR image created using NIK HDR Efex Pro.  An overall softening was applied - the effect was masked out from the mill that was then treated with some added contrast using curves and selective sharpening using NIK Sharpener Pro.Textures and edge effects added and selectively masked.
